"Definitly I´m not a piece of art" -and Droxina smiles again.
Droxina lives in the city of the Clouds rounded by art, music and all kinds of beauties meanwhile the planet people is suffering by goberment´s abuses at the end I really don´t like the character (it is just a rich stock girl) but I love her dress, there is my fan art tribute.

I too saw Droxine as a "Daddy's Little Princess" type of girl, but I love her outfit and hairstyle just the same.
I also found it odd how Spock actually shows that he has a thing for her. I mean, I found it strange because it wasn't very Vulcan of him to compliment her as a 'work of art', or when he was in deep thought, he referred to her as 'the lovely Droxine', AND he told her about the Vulcan mating cycle. No Vulcan would talk about that since they are such a private race and all.
It's just a theory, but maybe since Spock was now single after 'divorcing' T'Pring, maybe he had chosen Droxine as his next mate and that's why he told her about 'the cycle'. I mean, the one thing I had been wondering for awhile now is 'who is Spock's mate before his death in Wrath of Khan?'. It's just possible, theoretically that Droxine is the one. But it's just a thought. It's something that only Roddenberry and Mr. Nimoy would have the answer to.
